The Association now has projects on two levels: meeting the direct educational needs of the HIV/AIDS orphans on an annual basis and supporting the construction of a new school.

School Supplies Program
The Muranderera Association, through its US/Canada appeal, aims to raise $50,000 annually to keep 375 Burundian HIV/AIDS-orphaned and other vulnerable children in primary and secondary school. Your contribution is urgently needed. {Learn More}

School Construction Program
The Muranderera Association is helping the Bikanka community to construct a new primary school at Ndayi Village. This is a major community project that complements our annual appeals for school supplies for the HIV/AIDS orphans and ensures that the orphans, and other children, will have better schools. The Bikanka community have contributed land and building materials to the project, however its completion will depend on further inputs from the Burundi Government, the Bikanka community, Muranderera Association members and supporters in the US and Canada, as well as all kinds of donors, public and private, official and NGO, individual and corporate. {Learn More}
